Meet Francis Joseph

Francis Joseph is a Senior Associate at Bennett & Philp Lawyers and member of our Construction Litigation Team.

Francis is an experienced litigator in the State and Federal Courts with a broad practice in litigation and dispute resolution. He has been consulted in relation to a diverse range of commercial disputes including those relating to construction, property, contracts, partnerships, intellectual property, company shareholders, insurance, bankruptcy and insolvency.

Francis has also resolved disputes involving various torts including negligence, defamation, trespass, nuisance, battery and deceit.
