Meet Tony Bennett

A highly acclaimed intellectual property lawyer, Tony acts for Australian and international entities in relation to commercial ventures, dealing with the protection and transfer of intellectual property rights, distribution agreements for patents, trade marks, copyright and other forms of intellectual property.

Tony’s clients include commercial organisations from both the public and private sectors, patent and trade mark attorneys, private individuals and a number of multi-national organisations. His clients extend across the Asia-Pacific Region, Europe and the United States.
