Our Personal Injury Team is merging with leading Personal Injury Firm, Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP) effective 1st of October 2021.
We’d like to announce that our B&P Personal Injury team will be merging with one of Queensland’s most reputable Personal Injury firms, Travis Schultz & Partners.
The merger will not have any impact on our clients, referrers, and contacts, and it will be business as usual here at B&P. This is a natural progression for our firm, allowing us to focus on our core legal services business which includes commercial and business advisory, litigation, family law, intellectual property, real estate, construction, wills, and estates.
As a result, our two PI Directors, Mark O’Connor, Trent Johnson, and paralegal Sarah van Kampen, will join the TSP team.
Although we are sad to see our valued colleagues go, the move is great for both B&P and TSP as it allows our reputable PI practice to find a new home within a quality personal injury focused firm.
The alignment of values between our PI practice and TSP ensures our outgoing personal injury clients will continue to benefit from the same level of personalised service expertise and care.
Everything is being done to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
I’d like to thank all our PI team members for their significant contributions to the firm, especially Mark O’Connor, who has been with B&P for over 33 years and has played an enormous role in growing our PI practice to where it is today.
