Alexander Rouyanian
Alexander is an Associate at Bennett & Philp Lawyers and is a member of the Disputes and Litigation team at the firm.
Alexander specialises in achieving positive and cost-efficient outcomes in litigation matters, with a particular focus upon corporate, commercial, and administrative matters.
Alexander is involved in pharmaceutical matters, assisting Directors Andrew Lambros in matters such as regulatory disputes with government agencies, disciplinary matters and appeals with state pharmacy councils and complaints made to the commission. Alex also works with Andrew Lambros where we act for pharmacists in other commercial disputes such as partnership disputes, franchise and landlord disputes. Our pharmacy practice also provides regulatory advice amid the everchanging regulations for the pharmaceutical industry.
He advises clients in personal bankruptcy matters, corporate insolvency matters and commercial and contract disputes as well as professionals and companies who deal with government red tape, regulations and decisions.
His present practice includes working on cases that are highly litigious. He has appeared in all Queensland, New South Wales, Victorian and Federal Court jurisdictions and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the civil procedure rules and regulations of these jurisdictions. This wide experience provides him unique placement to engage a variety of litigation matters.
Alexander has also accumulated experience in dealing with matters related to estate disputes for beneficiaries, executors/administrators, trustees and complainants and family law disputes involving children and high net value matrimonial property pools. He is assisting Director Charlie Young in estate litigation matters of administration disputes, disputes between executors, administrators and beneficiaries.
